GIVEAWAY RULES: Eligibility:​ Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older. Employees of The 8th House and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Entry Periods: Quarterly giveaways, with entries resetting at the start of each quarter. Quarterly Giveaways: Entries reset at the start of each quarter: Q1: January 1 - March 31 Q2: April 1 - June 30 Q3: July 1 - September 30 Q4: October 1 - December 31 Annual Giveaway: All entries collected throughout 2025 are eligible for the year-end drawing on December 31, 2025. Participants are encouraged to follow us on Instagram (@t8habq) to view the live drawing. Winners do not need to be present to win. To enter, participants must provide their Name, Email, and Phone Number. Winners will be notified via one of these contact methods. Prizes consist of curated items from The 8th house, with approximate retail values (ARVs) announced per quarter. Annual Prizes:

1st Place: $100 e-gift card to The 8th House 2nd Place: $50 e-gift card to The 8th House 3rd Place: $50 e-gift card to The 8th House Winners will be selected from all entries collected during 2025. Winner Selection & Notification: Random drawing at the end of each period. Winners will be chosen via random drawing at the end of each giveaway period. Repeated names (winners) that are drawn will not have more than (1) winning place within a giveaway period. Quarterly winners will be notified within five (5) business days of the drawing. Annual winners will be notified within seven (7) business days of December 31, 2025. Winners will be contacted via the phone number or email provided on their entry. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected. ​Winners must pick up their prizes at The 8th House location (5100 Grand Ave. NE, Albuquerque, NM). If shipping is requested, winners are responsible for all associated shipping costs, which must be paid before the item is shipped. Additional Terms & Disclaimers: No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is allowed. Winners agree to the promotional use of their names/images. The giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms. The 8th House is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants release and hold harmless The 8th House and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway, in accordance with our privacy policy.
